At Core Fitness Solutions we believe in the principle of following the bodies natural movement patterns, with lunges, squats, pull ups and push ups etc. all coming under the term “Functional”. These are movements that the body has been performing for millennia and it loves to do them (even if you do not!).
Through correct application of form our trainers will get your body moving under its own weight, starting with the basic all the way through to advanced compound (more than one body part working together at the same time) functional exercise patterns.
We have found that the body responds very positively to this kind of workout and that it is a great way of paving the way for our clients to start adding to their own body weight with free weights or kettlebells.
