Here at Core Fitness Solutions we don’t believe in diets but in lifestyle changes. Often all it takes are a few tweaks to your every day food, water and sugar/carb intake levels to ensure you start achieving those results. If specific dietary needs are identified, food plans are of course available at extra cost.
Monthly food diaries are provided to guarantee accountability and transparency on both the part of you as the client and us as the trainers, allowing for those long term goals to be realised.
Through our Preferred Partners Network we can always refer you to a qualified Nutritionist should we decide together that you need to look into your dietary needs in more detail.
