James Strider – Director – Master Trainer – Cert III & IV Fitness
With over 25 years experience in the fitness and well being industry, James decided to follow his passion, setting up Core Fitness Solutions and becoming a full time personal trainer.
Coupling a strong background in resistance and body weight training, kettlebell, and core strength activation, martial arts, yoga and Tai Chi, James also utilises elements of boxing and cardio interval training. In conjunction with these methods he also excels in offering clients functional and rehab training, having recently qualified as a Master Functional Trainer and Rehab Trainer.
He is available for both one-on-one and small group training sessions.
